How we work
Every engagement starts by building a test set from your own documents and your own questions, scored by your own people. If the system does not beat the bar you set, we say so rather than shipping it.
Open-weight models, open formats, standard Kubernetes. Fine-tuned weights, embeddings and indexes are yours and exportable. If you leave, you leave with a working system.
Retrieval systems we build cite the source document and passage for every claim, and refuse rather than guess when retrieval returns nothing. In regulated work an unsourced answer is worse than no answer.
A fair number of requests are better solved with a database query, a form or a rule. Saying so costs us a project and saves you a year, and it is the reason the next conversation happens.
